*휴대형 무전기의 NI-MH 충전지 사용시 알아두어야 할 사항* 니켈수소(NiMH)는 최근에 카메라에서 가장 많이 쓰이이고 니켈카드뮴전지 와 같은 구조를 가지고 있으며 양극 활물질 및 전해질도 니켈 카드뮴전지 와 같은 수산화 니켈과 알칼리수용액을 사용하고 있습니다. 차이점은 단지 음극 활물질로 수소 흡장합금(MH)을 사용하고 있는 것뿐입니다. 공칭 전압 역시 니켈 카드뮴 전지와 마찬가지로 1.2v이지만 에너지 밀도가 니켈 카드뮴의 2배 정도 높고 급속충전이 가능하며 전지 내부 저항이 낮아 방전시 전압변동이 적은 것이 특징입니다. 특히 메모리 효과가 거의 없는 편이어서 휴대폰 및 노트북PC, 캠코더 등에서 상당히 많이 사용되고 있으며 디지털 카메라에서도 많이 사용되고 있는 추세입니다. 이런 특성상 최초 사용이 배터리에 제일 중요한 영향을 미치게 됩 니다. 우선 최초 사용시 배터리를 완전충전 하십시요. 그 다음 사용에는 일정 메모리 부분을 방전시키기 때문에 많은 영향을 주지는 않지만 그래도 완전충전 완전방전의 방식은 NiMH만의 고유 특성 입니다. 최초 사용시 완전충전해 완전 방전될 때 까지 사용한 다음 사용하신다면 배터리의 문제는 없을 것 같습니다. 현재 당사의 휴대용 무전기의 충전용 바테리는 NI-MH 바테리 입니다. 감사합니다.
